The 10/40 window is often talked about in mission circles. It refers to the portion of the globe between 10 and 40 degrees off the equator. This portion of the globe is one of the most poverty stricken and least evangelized portions of the planet. Most missionary effort should be concentrated to this area to bring about spiritual and economic transformation.
